Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number was sent to you in the shipping confirmation email — usually within 24 hours of placing your order. Check your inbox, and if you don't see it, check your spam folder. The email subject typically starts with "Your Luméa order has shipped."
I have my tracking number but it says no information found.
Tracking links can take 24–48 hours to populate after we generate them — your parcel needs to be scanned by the carrier before any movement appears. Please give it a day and check again. If it's still showing no information after 72 hours, email us at support@lumeaskin.store with your tracking number and we'll investigate.
How long does shipping take?
Free worldwide express tracked shipping on every order. United States: 5–8 business days. United Kingdom: 3–6 business days. European Union: 3–6 business days. Rest of world: 8–15 business days.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
First, check the tracking page for the latest status. If the parcel shows as delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours and your local post office. If 21 days have passed since dispatch and there's still no movement, email us at support@lumeaskin.store with your tracking number and we'll resolve it within one business day.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once the parcel is in transit we're unable to redirect it, but you can usually update the delivery address directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Luméa ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and most of the rest of the world. Shipping is free everywhere, with regional timings shown above.
